New Synagogue (Neue Synangoge) in Oranienburgerstrasse in Central Berlin. During the November 1938 pogrom the synagogue received relatively little damage and services were held up to January 1943. Damaged by Allied air raids 1943-45 only the front section without the historic main hall and sanctuary remains. Contains today a small prayer room where regular services according the liturgy of the conservative Masorti movement are conducted.
